How do I work with you?

Use one of the options on the Contact Me page to submit more information or schedule a call with me. We will discuss your project specifications and I will provide a custom personalized quote based on genre, length, usage, and duration. If you agree with the quote, I'll record and send you the audio file(s). Once you sign off on the files, I'll send the invoice.

Will you sign an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement)?

Absolutely. Most of my corporate and elearning work is completed under NDAs. I also have an NDA that I request my sub-contractors agree to before working with any of my voiceover, even if you don't ask me to sign an NDA.

How quickly can I get my files?

Typical turnaround time is 1-2 business days, depending on the size of the project. If you have a rush job, let's talk.

How do I receive the files when you're done with them?

We will discuss file format and delivery when we complete your quote. I can provide professional format files via Dropbox, FTP, email, etc.

What if the files I receive have mistakes?

I do my best not to make mistakes and I know they sometimes happen. I will review the script and request pronunciation for any words I don't know. Any mistakes that I make will be corrected at no cost if I'm notified within 30 days of receiving the files. After 30 days, the original rate will apply.

Pronunciation preferences that are not included in a pronunciation guide will be treated as a revision.

Any revisions or changes to the original script will be billed at an agreed-upon rate during our initial discussion(s). 

Do you have a rate sheet?

I book within standard US non-union industry rates. I would prefer to provide you with a custom quote so that I can offer volume discounts. Depending on the project, a flat rate, bulk arrangement, retainer, or subscription may work better for you and your budget.

What forms of payment do you accept?

All payments are accepted in United States Dollars and most forms of payment are accepted - credit cards, ACH, PayPal. Let's discuss what works for you.

What are your payment terms?

New clients and all international clients are billed upfront, unless we agree otherwise. Let's talk about it.

Do you do W2 work?

I can and have in the past. We can discuss what that arrangement looks like. Contact Me
